OUR STORY

ONE CAREER. MANY DISCIPLINES. A COMPANY BUILT TO CONNECT THEM.

Creative Experts grew from Ayman Hamouda’s experience across technology, business operations and visual communication. At Hanimex, his work developed from operating software and building technical systems to leading the IT function and building teams. He also developed capabilities in photography, design, product content and marketing.
That combination shaped CE4IT: a company that starts with the business problem, assembles the right expertise and connects strategy with execution. The company began taking shape in 2014, launched officially in 2018 and became Ayman’s full-time focus in 2025.

AYMAN HAMOUDA

Founder and General Manager

A career in information technology since 1993, spanning databases, infrastructure, security, enterprise systems, visual production, marketing and team leadership.

Ayman’s experience was built inside a working business, where systems, people and daily operations had to function together. That perspective guides how CE4IT approaches each engagement: understand the real need, bring in the right specialists and make the work usable beyond launch.

FROM RUNNING SYSTEMS TO LEADING THE FUNCTION.

At Hanimex, Ayman began as a software operator in 1993. His responsibilities progressed through database programming, computer maintenance, network design and operation, Windows Server administration and technical supervision. He ultimately became Director of Information Technology.

2014–2017

The foundation

Ayman began building his independent venture alongside his Hanimex career. Early work included product content and marketplace operations.

2018

Official launch

CE4IT launched officially and began the continuing operational partnership supporting KSP Precast in Canada.
2018–2024

Capabilities broadened

Client work expanded across visual production, identity, catalogs, e-commerce, websites, marketing and technical support.
2025–TODAY

Full focus & expansion

Ayman moved full-time into CE4IT. The company is expanding its current team and scope for existing and future clients.

AN INTERNATIONAL BACK OFFICE PARTNERSHIP

A TEAM IN EGYPT. WORKING WITH CANADA.

Since 2018, CE4IT has supported KSP Precast, a Canadian structural engineering company, by establishing and operating an Egypt-based back office for engineering drafting and design work serving KSP’s clients.

CE4IT selected, assessed, hired and supported Egyptian engineers and arranged their training in Canadian engineering codes. The team works on bridge-related design and drawings, stormwater drainage chambers and bridge wall cladding, coordinating requirements and delivery through email and Zoom.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

General management, human resources, IT and digital marketing.

ENGINEERING DIRECTION

Technical engineering management remains with the responsible engineer in Canada.
