These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ce4it.com and its publicly available content. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
2. About CE4IT
CE4IT, also operating as Creative Experts, provides creative, digital, information technology and engineering solutions. Website content is general information and does not by itself constitute a binding service commitment, technical specification or professional opinion.

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not misuse the site; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with its security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or reproduce content at scale; impersonate another person; or use the site in a way that infringes any right or applicable law.
4. Enquiries, Proposals and Contracts
Submitting a contact form, requesting a proposal or discussing a project does not create a contract. Services begin only after CE4IT and the client approve a written proposal, statement of work, purchase order or agreement. That document will control project scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, taxes, schedule, approvals, revisions, acceptance and support.
5. Pricing and Payment
Any website pricing, package description or estimate is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on confirmed scope and is documented in the applicable proposal or agreement. Payment schedules, expenses, taxes, late payments and suspension rights are governed by that document.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, lawful content, necessary approvals, access and credentials, and for ensuring they hold the rights to materials supplied to CE4IT. Delays or changes in these inputs may affect cost and schedule.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, brand elements, design, text, graphics, media, code and other CE4IT materials are owned by or licensed to CE4IT and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit them without prior written permission. Ownership and usage rights for client deliverables are defined in the relevant project agreement and may depend on full payment.
8. Third-Party Services
The website and our solutions may reference or integrate third-party platforms, software, hosting, payment, analytics or communication services. Their availability, terms, security and performance are controlled by their providers. CE4IT is not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside its reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the public website. Project deliverables remain governed by their written agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contractual liability for paid services is governed by the applicable agreement.

12. Changes, Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may apply to you. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Egypt will hear disputes relating solely to website use, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
