CE4IT / PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

01 / Who we are

CE4IT — Creative Experts operates ce4it.com and provides creative, digital and technology services. This notice explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and inquiries received through it. Contact: info@ce4it.com. Address: 12 Sharara Buildings, Al Taqa Street, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt.

02 / Information you provide

When you use an inquiry form, email or live chat, we receive the details you provide. These may include your name, business email, company, telephone number, the service you are interested in, and your project or technical question. Optional fields are identified on the form. Please share only information needed for your inquiry; do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through general inquiry channels.

03 / Technical information

The website infrastructure and services used to deliver it may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps and diagnostic logs. This information supports page delivery, troubleshooting, security and service operation. Live-chat and embedded-media providers may also receive technical information when their tools load or are used.

04 / How we use information

We use inquiry details to respond, understand your requirements, discuss the appropriate scope, prepare proposals and continue correspondence about the request. Information may also be needed to deliver an agreed service, maintain relevant business records, resolve issues or meet applicable obligations. Submitting an inquiry is not a subscription to unrelated marketing messages. Any separate marketing opt-in should identify its purpose and how to withdraw it.

05 / Service providers and disclosure

Information relevant to a request may be handled by authorized CE4IT personnel and service providers involved in website hosting, email, communications or an agreed assignment. Access should be limited to what is needed for that task. We do not sell inquiry details. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect rights and address security incidents. A project contract may contain additional confidentiality and data-handling terms.

06 / Chat, video and external platforms

We use tawk.to for live chat. When the widget loads or you use it, tawk.to may process visitor information and the conversation on our behalf. See tawk.to’s privacy policy. Some pages contain YouTube videos; loading or playing them may allow Google/YouTube to process information under Google’s privacy policy. Choosing WhatsApp or a social-media link takes you to that provider, whose own terms and privacy practices apply.

07 / Cookies and your choices

Cookies and similar browser storage may be used for site functionality, language preferences and third-party features such as chat or embedded media. These features may involve both CE4IT and third-party cookies. You can review or remove stored cookies through your browser and adjust its blocking settings; doing so may affect some features. Where a feature requires a separate consent choice under applicable rules, this notice does not replace that choice. No analytics or advertising consent is implied by reading this policy.

08 / Retention and security

We retain information according to the purpose of the inquiry, any resulting engagement and applicable record-keeping requirements, rather than indefinitely by default. Relevant records may remain while a request, project, dispute or required retention period is active. Backup and provider copies may follow their own deletion cycles. We use HTTPS for this website and restrict access to information according to business need; no internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

09 / Processing in other countries

Some hosting, communications and embedded-content providers may process information outside Egypt or your country of residence. Locations depend on the provider and service used. Cross-border handling must be considered alongside applicable requirements; the presence of a provider’s policy is not, by itself, a statement that every transfer is permitted.

10 / Your requests and choices

To ask about information associated with your inquiry, or request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable, email info@ce4it.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the record. Requests are considered under applicable requirements; some records may need to be retained. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully. If a concern remains unresolved, you may contact the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.

11 / Updates and contact

We may update this notice when website features or handling practices change. The revision date appears at the top of this page. Additional notices may be provided for a specific service or processing activity. For questions about this policy, contact info@ce4it.com.
